Estimates and Scheduling

We provide an estimate after reviewing the project requirements and coordinating a schedule based on a detailed understanding of client needs. Confidentiality agreements are executed on a case-by-case basis.

Translation Check

After translations are submitted by a native translator, a Japanese bilingual checker reviews the source and translated text.

Rewriting

The translator performs a second check after receiving the reviewed content from the bilingual checker. Here, the translator revises and rewrites the text as needed.

Final Check

The bilingual checker reviews the translator’s revised and rewritten text and performs the final check.

Data Processing and File Submission

We prepare files in the appropriate formats and submit translations in the requested media. We also handle production and printing when needed.

Client Review

We set the review period at a maximum of one month.

Payment

We issue an invoice and request payment once client review is complete.
